"I drove over 15 hours each way to pick up the boat that I purchased from you and have not regretted a single mile of that trip. The boat was even better than I had imagined. It looks and runs like new! Our friends and neighbours are amazed at the condition of the boat and the price that we paid. Your sales and service staff were extremely helpful when we picked up the boat and wanted us to be completely satisfied before we left your dealership to head back to Canada. You had your service crew do a "wet test" to make sure that all was well with the stern drive unit and engine (the lake was still frozed when we picked it up) which gave us confidence in our purchase. As a surprise and delight, we recently recieved a UPS package from you with the owner's manuals and spare key that the previous owner had dropped off at your dealership. You could have easily just tossed them, but instead you sent them at your expense to make sure that we recieved them. Thank-you for making our shopping experience for this major purchase, a very pleasant one. Buying a boat sight unseen can be a little nerve racking, but I can say from our experience that if any future customers are reading this testimonial, they should take comfort in knowing that our experience was nothing but 5 star plus.
